Cho Moi reports on infrastructure deployment to serve the activities of 6 new communes

On June 17, Cho Moi district held a conference to report on the implementation of information technology infrastructure to serve the activities of Party, government, Fatherland Front agencies and the Public Administration Service Center in 6 new communes: Cho Moi, Long Dien, Nhon My, Cu Lao Gieng, Hoi An and Long Kien.

At the conference, delegates heard specific reports on the preparation work, from building information technology infrastructure, arranging working headquarters, establishing organizational apparatus, to completing administrative procedures, serving the activities of the Party Committee, People's Committee, Fatherland Front and public service units at the commune level; plans and instructions on establishing preparatory committees; organizing trial operations at the commune level; instructions on developing the Party Committee's Working Regulations; procedures for establishing advisory and support agencies for the Party Committee, the Political Center, committees of the People's Council, specialized departments, public service units under the People's Committee at the commune level...

In addition, the conference reported on the preparation of procedures for the establishment of: Commune-level Fatherland Front Committees; organization and personnel of the Fatherland Front in 6 new communes. The arrangement of headquarters and working offices; preparation of necessary conditions for the activities of Party, government and Fatherland Front agencies (including socio-political organizations) in 6 communes, to be ready for the trial operation phase.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of Cho Moi District Party Committee Nguyen Thi Minh Kieu requested the new commune preparatory committees to urgently implement the schedule: From June 14 to June 21, prepare, and on June 22, conduct a trial run of the first meetings and activities of the Public Administration Service Center. At the same time, she emphasized that reporting and information must be done seriously and promptly to be compiled and sent to the Provincial Party Committee.
