Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, on behalf of the provincial leadership, acknowledged, congratulated, and praised the admirable achievements of the school's staff and students during the past academic year. These results demonstrate the efforts and dedication of the school's teachers and students.
This year's opening ceremony is more special than others, as it marks the first year of the two-tiered government system. Over the past period, all sectors, including education, have had to race against time and overcome many difficulties.

Society has always been concerned with two very important professions: education and healthcare. Education provides us with intellect, and healthcare provides us with health. If either profession is lacking, the country will be weak. A strong nation and a strong people must have both strong health and strong intellect.
Our province is currently the largest in the country, and many schools still face numerous difficulties. I hope that teachers will always overcome these challenges for the sake of their profession, their love for their students, and the future of the country. The province will always create the best possible conditions for teachers in their teaching work.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi emphasized: History has given Lam Dong province an unprecedented opportunity, a very good opportunity in all fields. What do we do to turn that potential advantage into reality? This is a very big question that I am asking you today. To do that, we must have knowledge.
I hope that from now on, you children will be determined to study hard, train well, be good children and excellent students, so that you can become scientific and technological citizens entering the era of national progress.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, Ho Van Muoi, gave advice to the students.
