Investors and construction units speed up the progress of key projects to speed up the disbursement of public investment capital.

On the afternoon of July 23, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi inspected the progress of key projects and listened to reports on the disbursement of projects invested by the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 3.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the Gia Nghia Central Square Project; Dak Nong General Hospital Upgrade Project. For the Dak Nong General Hospital Upgrade Project, up to now, the investor has disbursed 499 billion VND/752 billion VND of the capital plan. Of which, the capital source in 2025 alone has disbursed 25.2/270 billion VND, reaching 7.3% of the plan.

For Gia Nghia Central Square Project, up to now, the investor has disbursed 263/400 billion VND. Particularly, the capital source in 2025 disbursed 4.5/140 billion VND, reaching 3.2% of the capital plan.

There are many difficulties in the implementation of these two projects. At Gia Nghia Central Square Project, there are currently 63 households, with an area of 3,936 hectares, whose land has not yet been handed over.

Chairman of Dong Gia Nghia Ward People's Committee Thach Canh Tinh presented difficulties and problems in site clearance work.

The determination of specific land prices has not yet reached a final consensus. Not to mention, the rainy weather has affected the progress of land transportation and leveling for projects.

Director of Lam Dong Department of Construction proposed a number of solutions to promote public investment progress of key projects.

The Dak Nong General Hospital upgrade project is in the final stages. However, due to heavy rain and unfavorable weather, the progress of construction of infrastructure and technical items outside the building has been affected.

At the meeting, the representative of the Management Board of Construction Investment Project No. 3 Ha Sy Son said that the site clearance work carried out by the locality has not been completed yet, so it cannot be handed over to the investor. Currently, the Project Management Board has just carried out a count and mobilized people to hand over the site of some projects.

“From now until the end of 2025, the projects invested by the Board will commit to disbursing all capital, except for the Dao Nghia - Quang Khe Project (phase 2),” Mr. Son pledged.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi praised the contractors for completing a number of items despite the unfavorable weather. These are two projects of great significance to the local people. We are determined to complete them to inaugurate these two projects in 2025.

“Currently, some items of these projects are still behind schedule. Basically, there are no more problems, only problems with site clearance. Investors and local authorities are focused and determined in this work. Regarding land prices, we will resolve any problems there. Because these projects cannot be delayed any longer,” emphasized Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Ho Van Muoi.

In 2025, the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 3 was assigned VND 1,997 billion, with 27 projects. By the end of June 2025, the Board had disbursed nearly VND 241 billion, reaching 12.1% of the plan.
