On June 25th, the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Phan Van Mai, signed a decision delegating the authority to impose administrative penalties to the Vice Chairmen of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
Accordingly, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Duong Ngoc Hai is authorized to impose administrative penalties, apply preventive measures, and ensure the handling of administrative violations in state management activities related to national defense, security, internal affairs; administrative justice; ethnicity and religion; fire prevention and fighting; and rescue and relief.
Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Vo Van Hoan is authorized to impose administrative penalties, apply preventive measures, and ensure the handling of administrative violations in state management activities related to industry, supporting industries; agriculture and rural development; irrigation, flood control, disaster relief, and search and rescue.
This also includes penalties for violations in the foreign-invested economic sector; the private economic sector, business registration, post-registration enterprise management; collective economy, and state-owned enterprises.
Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Bui Xuan Cuong, is authorized to impose administrative penalties, apply preventive measures, and ensure the handling of administrative violations in state management activities related to traffic safety; urban planning, architecture, management, and development; construction; land management, resources, and environment; transportation; water supply and drainage; and housing management.
Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Dung is authorized to impose administrative penalties, apply preventive measures, and ensure the handling of administrative violations in state management activities related to investment, public investment planning; finance, budget; trade, services, tourism ; public asset management; securities; insurance; banking; customs; treasury; and taxation.
Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Tran Thi Dieu Thuy, is authorized to impose administrative penalties, apply preventive measures, and ensure the handling of administrative violations in state management activities related to: health; education, training and vocational training; culture, physical education and sports; labor - war invalids and social affairs; food safety and hygiene; postal services, telecommunications, information technology; publishing and press; and inter-sectoral inspection of culture and social affairs.
