According to Mr. Cao Xuan Thao, storm No. 3 and its aftermath caused huge losses in human lives and property. However, in the most difficult period, the nation's tradition of solidarity, mutual love, and helping each other was most clearly demonstrated, with the whole country standing together in the North to join hands and share with the people in the storm and flood areas.

Mr. Cao Xuan Thao affirmed that the entire amount of money donated by organizations, individuals, and businesses through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee will be promptly distributed by the Central Relief Mobilization Committee to people in localities affected by storms and floods, ensuring publicity, transparency, and the right beneficiaries, helping people quickly overcome damage, restore production, and soon stabilize their lives.
