On October 26th, in Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa province, the Command of Naval Region 4 organized a visit and study tour to commemorate the 49th anniversary of the establishment of Naval Region 4 (October 26, 1975 – October 26, 2024).
This is one of the key cultural activities celebrating the 49th anniversary of the establishment of the 4th Naval Region (October 26, 1975 – October 26, 2024) and the 63rd anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Trail on the Sea (October 23, 1961 - October 23, 2024).
Along with traditional sightseeing activities, in recent days, units from the mainland to remote islands have organized many practical activities towards the anniversary such as talks, cultural exchanges, arts, sports , watching movies, watching TV, and many other visual propaganda and agitation activities.

The activities aim to promote and educate, raising awareness and pride in the traditions and development of the 4th Naval Region, and pride in the achievements, contributions, and sacrifices of previous generations.
Thereby, building trust, political mettle, determination, spirit and responsibility for cadres and soldiers to be ready to receive and successfully complete all assigned tasks, building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern and comprehensively strong "Exemplary and typical" region associated with a clean and strong Party organization; firmly protecting the sovereignty of assigned seas and islands, security and safety of Cam Ranh base.
We strive to excellently fulfill our duties in 2024 and the following years, worthy of the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces in the đổi mới (renovation) period.
