Program 'Send half love' at Military Hospital 175

On October 17, Military Hospital 175 organized the regular music program "Melody of Love Connection" on the occasion of its first anniversary, with the special theme "Sending half of love", welcoming Vietnamese Women's Day October 20.

Initiated in October 2023, “Melody of Love Connection” has become a special bridge, bringing joy, comfort and connection between patients, medical staff and all hospital staff. Not only bringing music to soothe the pain of patients, the program has also given thousands of gifts and cash to patients in difficult circumstances and patients being treated at Military Hospital 175 with a total cost of more than 400 million VND from the fundraising efforts of the program's Organizing Committee.

"Melody of Love Connection" is not only a place to express warm, soothing melodies but also a space to exchange and share stories about the determination and resilience of patients in the face of illness. The program has truly created a great spiritual value, enriching the cultural life of the hospital, contributing to the recovery process of patients.

Over the past year, the program has organized many music events, with the participation of many famous artists, talented doctors and nurses, and the support of thousands of patients, relatives and medical staff.

The program 'Melody of Love Connection' has truly become a beautiful feature in the culture of Military Hospital 175, a bridge to help patients, medical staff, doctors and all staff get closer, understand and support each other in the journey of treatment. On the occasion of the program's one-year anniversary and Vietnamese Women's Day, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to female doctors, nurses and female patients - resilient women who have overcome many difficulties in work and life. This special program is also an opportunity to express gratitude to sponsors, benefactors and individuals who have accompanied the program throughout the journey of the past year with the participation of many famous artists such as singer Thanh Ngoc, singer Quoc Dai, MC Ngoc Tien and a team of talented doctors and nurses and the response from many patients contributing to the warm and friendly atmosphere. They performed songs about love, sharing and the will to live, to convey messages of encouragement to patients and doctors.

The program brings memorable moments, soothes the soul and gives strength to those being treated in the hospital, and pays tribute to women - who not only play an important role in the family but also make great contributions to community health care.

As a patient attending the program, Ms. Truong Thi Kim Thuy; a patient from the Department of Upper Limb Surgery, Institute of Trauma and Orthopedics expressed: "I feel extremely moved to participate in the program 'Melody of Love Connection'. The gentle melodies help me forget my worries about my illness and feel the love from the medical team. Especially on Vietnamese Women's Day, I feel so lucky and happy to be cared for and shared like that."

On this occasion, the program presented 250 gifts to patients, including 30 special gifts, each worth 1.8 million VND (including cash and gifts) for 30 patients in difficult circumstances. At the same time, the Organizing Committee will also present flowers to all female patients attending the program, as a thank you and encouragement to the women who are fighting the disease day and night.
