The Ho Chi Minh City Police Department has proposed a number of topics for the application of science and technology: Research and development of applications on smartphones to provide information and solutions to questions from people and businesses about public administrative services of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department based on AI application, automatic response Chat Bot; Application of virtual reality technology in training and fostering firefighting and rescue skills; Prevention of crimes using cyberspace to commit acts of property appropriation in Ho Chi Minh City; Research and application of electronic warfare in command of firefighting and rescue, etc.
According to Major General Le Hong Nam, the application of science and technology is an urgent need, the problems that Ho Chi Minh City Police Department raises are expected to find solutions and through this, the two sides hope to cooperate, aiming to order the above specific solutions. "Ho Chi Minh City Police also hopes to work with scientists, the Department of Science and Technology and Ho Chi Minh City Police to find the most effective technology application solutions", Major General Le Hong Nam emphasized.
