The leaders of Kien Duc Commune People's Committee unexpectedly awarded the Commune Police for their achievements in the fight against crime.

On the morning of September 11, the People's Committee of Kien Duc commune organized a surprise reward ceremony for the communal police and individuals with outstanding achievements in the fight against crime.

Previously, in the early morning of September 10, Kien Duc Commune Police conducted an administrative inspection at a motel in Kien Duc Commune. During the inspection, the police caught 4 subjects in the act of organizing illegal drug use.

Through initial investigation, authorities determined that Luu Chanh Tin (born in 1995, residing in Quang Tan commune, Lam Dong province), Nguyen Ngoc Cong (born in 1991, residing in Quang Tri province), H'Linh Pha Eban (born in 2009, residing in Dak Lak province) and Nguyen Hoang Xuan Phuoc (born in 2009, residing in Ho Chi Minh City) had organized and illegally used drugs.

The entire case and related subjects have been handed over to the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Lam Dong Provincial Police for further investigation and handling.

Also on September 10, through the work of managing the area, Kien Duc Commune Police arrested Do Thi Tuyet Trinh (born in 1971, residing in Phu Huu Commune, Can Tho City). Trinh is a wanted subject for the crime of "Fraudulent appropriation of property" according to the decision of Can Tho City Police, while hiding in Quang Binh village, Kien Duc Commune and has been handed over to Can Tho City Police for handling according to regulations.

According to the People's Committee of Kien Duc Commune, the above results demonstrate the sense of responsibility, initiative and determination of the Commune Police in the fight against crime, especially drug crimes.
