Da Nang supports cooperatives in converting and restructuring according to new models.

DNO - On the morning of October 16, the Danang City Cooperative Alliance held the first Executive Committee meeting for the 2020-2025 term to evaluate the development of collective economy, cooperatives and the activities of the Cooperative Alliance in the first 9 months of the year, and deploy key tasks for the last 3 months of 2025. According to the report at the conference, in the first 9 months of the year, cooperatives have continuously innovated management and operation methods, innovated thinking in production and business to promote economic development of members and households, contributing to the good implementation of target programs.

The City Cooperative Union provided advice and guidance to support cooperatives in accessing policy mechanisms with a total amount of nearly 1 billion VND. As of September 30, the City Cooperative Fund had a charter capital of 123 billion VND and had disbursed to 56 customers with a total amount of over 24 billion VND, reaching 49% of the assigned plan.

Many cooperatives invest in applying technical advances to production organization to create new products, meeting the requirements of domestic and export markets, with many 3-star and 4-star OCOP products.

The Cooperative Union organizes many propaganda activities, deploys policy mechanisms to support the development of collective economy and cooperatives; promotes coordination programs and trade promotion activities.

In the last 3 months of the year, the Danang City Cooperative Union continued to consolidate its organizational structure for stable operation; organized seminars to share experiences in developing collective economy and cooperatives among cooperative unions of provinces and cities in the region.

Continue to support cooperatives in transforming and restructuring according to the new cooperative model; prepare conditions for organizing the City Cooperative Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
