During their visit to Binh Thuan , on the afternoon of March 26, 2024, the delegation from the Embassy of the Lao People's Democratic Republic in Vietnam, led by Comrade Khamphau Onthavan, laid wreaths and paid respects to President Ho Chi Minh at the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Binh Thuan Branch.
In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, Ambassador Khamphau Onthavan and the delegation laid wreaths and offered incense, expressing their profound respect and gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh – the brilliant leader, national liberation hero, and outstanding cultural figure of Vietnam.
During the visit, Ambassador Khamphau Onthavan and his delegation spent time visiting the Duc Thanh Historical Site, where 114 years ago, President Ho Chi Minh, then known as teacher Nguyen Tat Thanh, stopped to teach from September 1910 to February 1911 on his journey to find the truth to save the people and the country.
On behalf of the Embassy of the Lao People's Democratic Republic in Vietnam, Comrade Khamphau Onthavan left a heartfelt and valuable commemorative message in the museum's guest book. He also expressed his desire to continue preserving and fostering the solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Laos, ensuring its continued strength and development.
