Skillful mass mobilization - the power to connect the Party's will with the people's hearts

“Skilled mass mobilization” in An Giang has been and is present through new bridges over canals and ditches, concrete roads through rice fields, warm solidarity houses and livelihood models that help people escape poverty. Through concrete actions, cadres, party members and organizations make people understand, believe and unite with the Party to carry out work that benefits the country and the people. Currently, the whole province has 8,889 “Skilled mass mobilization” models at the grassroots level, 3,682 commune-level models and 2,222 provincial-level models. The poverty rate has decreased to 1.27%. These numbers clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of mass mobilization work - where cadres are close to the people, close to the people and for the people.
