"Effective mass mobilization" in An Giang has been and continues to be evident in the construction of new bridges across canals and ditches, concrete roads through rice fields, solidarity houses filled with human kindness, and livelihood models that help people escape poverty. Through concrete actions, cadres, Party members, and mass organizations have helped the people understand, trust, and wholeheartedly cooperate with the Party in carrying out tasks that benefit the nation and the people. Currently, the province has 8,889 "Effective Mass Mobilization" models at the grassroots level, 3,682 at the commune level, and 2,222 at the provincial level. The poverty rate has decreased to 1.27%. These figures clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of mass mobilization work – where cadres are close to the people, understand the people, and work for the people.

The Hau Canal and Chuoi Nuoc Canal bridges in Thanh Hung commune have a total investment cost of 580 million VND, funded through fundraising and matching state budget contributions.

Organizations launched the "Effective Mass Mobilization" emulation movement in conjunction with building new rural areas, fostering creativity and solidarity, and helping hundreds of households escape poverty sustainably.
