Chau Thanh Commune Party Committee held its first congress

On the morning of July 18, the Party Committee of Chau Thanh Commune Party Office (An Giang) held the 1st Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, with the participation of 80 party members.

The Party Executive Committee of Chau Thanh Commune Party Agency received the decision to establish the Party Agency Party Committee.

The Party Committee of the Party Office was established under Decision No. 163-QD/DU, dated July 16, 2025 of the Executive Committee of the Chau Thanh Commune Party Committee. This is a Party organization with a special position, gathering a team of cadres to advise the Commune Party Committee on Party building, cadre organization, inspection, supervision, propaganda, mass mobilization, internal affairs and office work. This force plays a core role, directly contributing to improving the quality of leadership and direction of the Commune Party Committee.

The Congress voted to pass the resolution for the 2025-2030 term.

At the congress, delegates unanimously approved the resolution for the 2025-2030 term with many important targets: 95% or more of party members, cadres, civil servants, and public employees study and thoroughly grasp the Party's resolutions; 95% of party members attend regular party cell meetings; 100% of party members complete their tasks, of which 90% complete them well; 100% of party cells complete their tasks well; inspection and supervision achieve 100% of the plan; People's Councils and supervisory boards achieve 100% of the annual plan; strive for 100% of cadres and civil servants of Party agencies to use operational management software, promoting digital transformation.

Delegates attending the higher-level congress receive the decision and introduce themselves to the congress.

The Congress announced the decision to establish the Party Committee of Chau Thanh Commune Party Office, appointed the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Inspection Committee and delegation to attend the 1st Chau Thanh Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Comrade Truong Quoc Bao was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Chau Thanh Commune Party Office for the term 2025-2030.
