Chau Thanh Commune Party Committee held its first congress

On the morning of July 18, the Party Committee of Chau Thanh Commune Party Agency (An Giang) held the 1st Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, with the participation of 80 party members.

The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Chau Thanh Commune Party Office received the decision to establish the Party Committee of the Party Office.

The Party Committee of the Party Office was established according to Decision No. 163-QD/DU, dated July 16, 2025, of the Executive Committee of the Chau Thanh Commune Party Committee. This Party organization holds a special position, bringing together cadres who advise the Commune Party Committee on Party building, personnel organization, inspection, supervision, propaganda, mass mobilization, internal affairs, and office administration. This force plays a core role, directly contributing to improving the quality of leadership and guidance of the Commune Party Committee.

The Congress voted to adopt the resolution for the 2025-2030 term.

At the congress, delegates unanimously adopted a resolution for the 2025-2030 term with many important targets: 95% or more of Party members, cadres, civil servants, and public employees studying and understanding the Party's resolutions; 95% of Party members attending regular Party branch meetings; 100% of Party members completing their tasks, with 90% completing them well; 100% of Party branches completing their tasks well; inspection and supervision achieving 100% of the plan; People's Councils and supervisory boards achieving 100% of the annual plan; striving for 100% of Party agency cadres and civil servants to use operational management software and promoting digital transformation.

The delegation attending the higher-level congress receives the decision and is introduced to the congress.

The Congress announced the decision to establish the Party Committee of the Chau Thanh Commune Party Office, appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Inspection Committee, and delegates to the First Chau Thanh Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Comrade Truong Quoc Bao was appointed to the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Chau Thanh Commune Party Office for the term 2025-2030.
