During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the Political Department proactively advised the Party Committee and the head of the Provincial Military Command on leading and directing the building of a strong provincial armed force in terms of politics, ideology, and organization; the leadership capacity and combat strength of the Party Committee and Party branches were consolidated and enhanced.

Directing and guiding agencies and units to effectively carry out Party and political work; building increasingly effective and solid agencies; ensuring that cadres and Party members possess strong political resolve, work capacity, a sense of responsibility, overcome all difficulties, and are ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

For the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the Political Department has determined to continue improving its advisory capacity to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Command's Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command's leadership in continuously improving the quality and effectiveness of Party work and political work in local military and national defense; building a national defense system, a border defense system, and a people's security posture, linked with building a solid "people's support" posture throughout the province; building a strong provincial armed force in terms of politics, ideology, and organization, enhancing its strength and combat readiness to meet the requirements of the new situation. At the same time, it will promote the spirit of unity and actively build a strong Party Committee in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization, and personnel, building a comprehensively strong and exemplary agency.
