On the morning of December 10, discussing at the 28th session of the Provincial People's Council, Mr. Vu Van Tung, Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, proposed 3 solutions to speed up the disbursement of public investment capital, including limiting the assignment of units as investors of small-scale projects.
