
From 8:30 p.m., police, militia, youth union members and local security forces were mobilized to each neighborhood, especially those with many households living close to the riverbank, to mobilize and assist in evacuation. During the night, officers and soldiers had to work in heavy rain and deep floodwaters, urgently helping people transport their belongings, and bringing the elderly, women and children to safety.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Trung, Chairman of Binh Thuan Ward People's Committee, said that during this emergency evacuation, more than 130 households with over 400 people were moved to temporary shelter at Phu Tai Primary School and relatives' houses in high areas to ensure safety.



Along with the evacuation, police forces were deployed to protect property and ensure security and order in residential areas; the Ward Military Command mobilized rescue vehicles, distributed life jackets and necessary supplies; the Ward Medical Center prepared medicine and was ready to provide medical support in case of emergency.
Ms. Tran Thi Bich Loan, Youth Union of Quarter 5 (Binh Thuan Ward), shared: "Youth Union members are on duty all night to support the care of the elderly and children and help people stabilize temporary shelters."
Thanks to the prompt intervention and coordinated efforts of all forces, all residents in the flooded area were evacuated to safety, with no casualties. Local authorities continue to monitor the flood situation and deploy response plans to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
