The highest floor score for the health sector in 2025 in the South is 22 points.

GD&TĐ - Health training schools in the South announced the 2025 floor score from 15 to 22 points.

According to the announcement of the Ministry of Education and Training , for the health sector with a practice certificate, the minimum score for medicine and dentistry is 20.5 points; for pharmacy and traditional medicine is 19 points.

Health sectors include: nursing, preventive medicine, midwifery, medical laboratory technology, medical imaging technology, rehabilitation technology, and dental prosthetic technology with 17 points.

Based on that announcement, Southern universities apply the floor score according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training with clear stratification between majors.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy holds the highest score with 22 points for Medicine and Dentistry, 19 points for Pharmacy and 17 points for the remaining majors.

Nguyen Tat Thanh University is a private school with the highest floor score, 22 points for Medicine, 21 points for Pharmacy and Traditional Medicine.

Schools such as Nam Can Tho University, Vo Truong Toan University, Hong Bang International University, and Van Lang University apply the floor level equal to the 2025 university entrance score threshold for health majors with practice certificates.

Industries not included in the above list have lower floor scores, from 15-17 points.

According to education experts, the minimum score is only the threshold score to qualify for admission, not the standard score to pass. Candidates need to think carefully when registering for admission, and make adjustments to their wishes by 5:00 p.m. on July 28.
