The University of Natural Sciences has just announced the threshold to ensure input quality (floor score) for admission methods based on the results of the high school graduation exam and the 2025 Competency Assessment exam.
With method 2, based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, the minimum admission score for each major ranges from 16 to 24 points.
In which, the highest floor score belongs to the Microchip Design industry with 24 points.
Ranked second are Computer Science (advanced program), Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology (English-enhanced program), Computer and Information Technology Group, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering (English-enhanced program) with 20 points.
The remaining majors in the fields of Natural Sciences, Life Sciences, Engineering - Technology have a floor score of 16-18.
Compared to last year, the floor score of this school has decreased sharply. Specifically, the majors of Computer Science (advanced program), Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology (English enhanced program), Computer and Information Technology Group have decreased by 4 points (last year the floor score was 24).
For the Data Science and Statistics groups alone, the minimum score decreased by 6 points.
With method 3 based on the results of the 2025 Ho Chi Minh City National University's Competency Assessment Exam, the admission floor score ranges from 600 to 850 points.

For the Microcircuit Design and Semiconductor Technology majors, based on Regulation No. 1314/QD-BGDDT dated May 13, 2025 of the Ministry of Education and Training on training program standards for undergraduate and master's degrees, the school applies additional requirements.
Previously, the Admissions Council of the University of Natural Sciences announced the list of candidates eligible for direct admission and priority admission to full-time university in 2025, according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training (method 1a).
In 2025, the University of Science will enroll 32 majors and groups of majors at the undergraduate level, with a target of 4,455 students.
