The Congress took place enthusiastically with many presentations expressing the thoughts and will of the team of union members, youth, who are also young cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Party Agencies. The Congress passed decisions to appoint 9 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies' Youth Union; appoint 5 comrades to the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies' Youth Union; and appoint delegates to attend the Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An province.

Comrade Nguyen Ba Tuan Anh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union was appointed as Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial Party Agencies.
