The Congress was lively, with many presentations expressing the thoughts and aspirations of the youth union members, who are also young cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Party Agencies Bloc. Speaking at the congress, Comrade Ngo Dinh Vien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, acknowledged and praised the positive and vibrant achievements of the Youth Union of the Provincial Party Agencies in the past period. Many of these movements have left a positive mark, contributing to building a positive image of the youth union members of the provincial Party agencies.
The comrade also entrusted and assigned tasks to the members of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the provincial Party agencies, urging them to always strive to excellently fulfill their political tasks, build strong agencies and units; and contribute to the successful implementation of the targets of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Expressing her expectations for the positive contributions of the Youth Union, Comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union - hoped that the Youth Union members and young people of the Provincial Party agencies would continue to affirm their role as an extended arm, advising on improving the effectiveness of professional work, enhancing digital citizenship capacity in the new era, and becoming key figures in spreading the comprehensive digital transformation movement.

The Congress unanimously agreed on the goals for the 2025-2030 term: To uphold the tradition of solidarity and build a strong Youth Union organization; to strengthen the cultivation of revolutionary ideals, ethics, political acumen, and to awaken the aspiration for contribution, the spirit of initiative, and the courage to think, act, and innovate among Youth Union members and young people; to build a generation of young people who are truly dynamic in all aspects, closely linking professional tasks with the implementation of Youth Union activities; to promote the role of young people in advising, mastering, and creating new elements and technologies, participating in the digital transformation process in the implementation of political tasks of agencies and units, contributing to the overall development of the Party agencies of Nghe An province.
The Congress adopted decisions appointing 9 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of Party Agencies of the province; appointing 5 comrades to the Inspection Committee of the Youth Union of Party Agencies of the province; and appointing delegates to the Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An province.
Comrade Nguyen Ba Tuan Anh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union - has been appointed as the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial Party Agencies.
