The opinions and recommendations of poor and near-poor households were directly answered by representatives of functional sectors at the conference, focusing on a number of contents such as: policies to support funding for building new, upgrading and repairing houses; wishes to extend loan periods for production, reduce loan interest rates, support policies for lonely elderly people with no place to rely on, single women raising children, support for tuition fees for children to go to school...
