Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Quoc Toan visited and presented gifts to war invalids in Hoang Hoa Tham commune.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the morning of July 26, comrade Tran Quoc Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited, presented gifts and presented a symbolic fund of 100 million VND from the "Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Hung Yen province in 2025" to support the family of war invalid Pham Huu Thang, Cao Dong village, Hoang Hoa Tham commune.

Respectfully presenting gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, kindly inquired about the health, family, and life of war invalid Pham Huu Thang, and expressed deep gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of previous generations in the struggle for national liberation and defense of the Fatherland. He hoped that war invalid Pham Huu Thang would continue to promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, always be a shining example, contributing to educating the younger generation about revolutionary traditions, aspirations, and will to rise up to build the homeland and country to become increasingly rich and civilized.   Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Quoc Toan affirmed that the Party Committee and government of Hung Yen province always prioritize resources to take care of the material and spiritual lives of war invalids, sick soldiers, families of martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution.
