The area from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen is hot and extremely hot with the highest temperature commonly ranging from 35-38 degrees, some places over 38 degrees; the lowest relative humidity commonly 50-55%. The heat in the Central region is likely to last until Sunday (July 14).
Central Highlands and South: In the evening and at night, scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; during the day, scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
The weather in Hanoi is mostly cloudy, hot and sunny at noon and early afternoon. Temperatures range from 28-36 degrees. However, due to the urban effect, temperatures in the central area may be 2-4 degrees higher than forecast. The heat will last until the weekend.
