The State Bank of Vietnam, Hai Phong Branch, has established a hotline to address difficulties and obstacles faced by individuals and businesses related to Circular No. 01/2020/TT-NHNN dated March 13, 2020, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, which regulates the restructuring of loan repayment periods, exemption and reduction of interest and fees, and maintaining the same loan classification for credit institutions and branches of foreign banks to support customers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
