Hanoi announces exact time frame for enrollment in grades 1 and 6

After 3 days of trial registration, the Hanoi Departmentof Education and Training's primary school admission system officially accepts registrations from 0:00 on July 1 to 24:00 on July 3 for students entering grade 1.

Time frame from 0:00 on July 4 to 24:00 on July 6 for 5-year-old preschool children.

Time frame from 0:00 on July 7 to 24:00 on July 9 for students entering grade 6.

When filling out information on the online enrollment system, parents should be careful to fill in all fields marked with a red (*). These are required fields and cannot be skipped.

Information about the place of residence must be entered exactly according to the name of the current place, avoid using the old name of the ward, commune, district, or county to fill in the information.

To change your wishes or information on the online registration form, parents must go directly to the registered unit to cancel the application or edit the information.

In the 2024-2025 school year, Hanoi plans to enroll 100,000 new children in nursery schools; 52,000 children in kindergarten, about 145,000 students in grade 1 and 160,000 students in grade 6.
