Mr. Bui Duc Hinh emphasized that in the coming period, the Hoa Binh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism needs to continue implementing the Project "Preserving and promoting the cultural values of the Muong ethnic group and the culture of Hoa Binh in the period 2023 - 2030".
At the same time, the Department needs to coordinate with relevant sectors to ensure the necessary resources for important tasks in preserving the province's cultural heritage.

In the first nine months of 2024, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hoa Binh province actively advised the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to issue programs, projects, and plans to promote the political tasks of the sector.
Tourism promotion and marketing activities have been closely linked to the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage values. As a result, the province's tourism industry has made significant progress, attracting more than 3 million tourists in the first eight months of the year, contributing positively to economic restructuring and increased budget revenue.
However, according to Ms. Quach Thi Kieu, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hoa Binh province, the allocation of resources for the cultural sector still faces many limitations. The management of historical sites in the province is challenging, especially in the restoration, repair, and preservation of these sites, due to the failure to comply with regulations on investment and state management.
The ongoing efforts to preserve and promote the cultural values of Hoa Binh province, especially Mo Muong, promise not only to protect a precious cultural heritage but also to create momentum for the development of tourism, making Hoa Binh a bright spot on the cultural and tourism map of Vietnam.
