The target is to disburse more than 90% of the 2024 capital plan by the end of December; the capital transferred from 2023 to disburse 100%.
The City People's Committee also requested to continue to resolutely implement assigned projects, speed up procedures to disburse public investment capital in the remaining plans to achieve the set goals, especially for investors with high capital plans for the year.
The City People's Committee assigned the Finance - Planning Department to continue to closely monitor the disbursement progress, accurately summarize the disbursement results of investors; and link the disbursement results of each agency and unit with the responsibility of the head.
