The "Golden Hands" competition for rubber tapping.

The Organizing Committee presented commemorative flags to the participating teams.

Fifteen contestants, selected from over 700 workers and laborers from three units, participated in the competition: Dien Bien Rubber Plantation, Muong Cha Rubber Plantation, and Tuan Giao Rubber Plantation.

Each contestant participates in three competition components: theory, equipment preparation, and tapping latex from 100 rubber trees in the plantation. The maximum time allotted for tapping 100 rubber trees is 19 minutes.

Mr. Nguyen Cong Tam, General Director of Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company, affirmed: The competition is an opportunity for workers and employees to exchange and learn from each other's experiences. It is also an opportunity for the company to assess and test the skill level of its employees. Through the competition, the company will select workers who are strong in theory and skilled in practice to further train and expand the pool of talent in the field of rubber tapping, contributing to the successful achievement of the company's production targets and business efficiency.

The competition organizers awarded the "Golden Hand" prize to worker Lo Van Thiep, Na Sang 1 team, Muong Cha Rubber Plantation.

With a spirit of fairness and objectivity, the Organizing Committee of the competition awarded the "Golden Hand" prize to worker Lo Van Thiep from the Na Sang 1 team of Muong Cha Rubber Plantation; awarded the "Master" prize to 3 contestants and many other prizes to honor individuals and teams.

The winners of the "Golden Hand" and "Master" awards in the Dien Bien rubber tapping competition will continue to receive training to participate in the "Golden Hand" competition organized by the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group in early December.
