The job fair at the beginning of 2025 saw 35 organizations seeking to recruit over 14,200 people, ranging from unskilled laborers to university graduates and above; of which, 18 organizations needed to recruit nearly 6,000 domestic workers; 13 organizations needed to recruit nearly 7,300 workers for overseas employment; and 4 organizations were recruiting approximately 1,000 students for vocational education .

Types of jobs and occupations requiring domestic employment include: production workers, garment workers, mechanics, electronics, construction, accounting, marketing, tourism, information technology, healthcare, etc., with salaries ranging from 6 to 15 million VND per person per month. Recruitment for overseas employment includes: manufacturing, agriculture , fisheries, construction, shipbuilding, etc., with salaries ranging from 25 to nearly 100 million VND per person per month, depending on the labor market and industry.

According to a report from the Employment Service Center, in addition to several garment businesses such as Scavi Hue needing to recruit more than 2,000 workers, Son Ha Hue needing to recruit more than 370 workers, etc., several foreign-invested enterprises (FDI) in the area need to recruit approximately 1,000 workers each. Specifically, Billion Max Vietnam Export Processing Co., Ltd., specializing in toy manufacturing, needs to recruit more than 1,100 workers with salaries ranging from 6 to 22 million VND/month; Kim Long Motors Hue Joint Stock Company, specializing in automobile manufacturing, needs to recruit 1,000 workers in various positions with negotiable salaries; Kanglongda Protective Technology Co., Ltd., specializing in medical glove manufacturing, needs to recruit 211 people with salaries ranging from 6 to 15 million VND/month; TTH Group Joint Stock Company, specializing in healthcare, needs to recruit more than 200 people...

Research and understand the labor recruitment needs of businesses in the area.

This year's "Spring Job Fair" will provide regular job placement, consultation, and connection services between workers and businesses from February 15th to March 15th, both in person and online through the Job Exchange Platform. This will serve as a bridge to help businesses quickly recruit enough workers to meet their needs, as well as create opportunities for over 10,000 unemployed workers and recent graduates to find stable employment.

In 2025, the center will continue to strengthen its efforts in disseminating information, gathering data on businesses, job needs, recruitment, vocational training, human resource forecasting, and job placement, contributing to increased successful job transactions; and increasing the number of visits to the Center's job websites at vieclamhue.vn and vieclamhue.com.vn.
