Instructions on how to look up electronic invoices fastest

Now you can look up electronic invoices quickly and accurately with the following simple steps. The lookup is done on the website of the General Department of Taxation.

Look up electronic invoices on the website of the General Department of Taxation's Electronic Invoice System.

Step 1: Access the Electronic Invoice System website at: https://hoadondientu.gdt.gov.vn/.

Step 2: Fill in all information marked with red (*), including: Seller's tax code (MST); Invoice symbol; Invoice type; Invoice number.

Note: When entering “Invoice symbol”, remove the number character at the beginning of the symbol string. For example: 1C22TYY >> C22TYY. Also enter the Total payment amount .

Step 3: Enter the captcha code and click on “ Search ”.

Step 4: Check the information results of the electronic invoice that needs to be looked up.

For valid electronic invoices, the system will display Invoice code issued (As shown above)

In case of invalid electronic invoices, the system will display "There is no invoice with information matching the information the organization or individual is searching for".

Step 1: Access the website address: http://tracuuhoadon.gdt.gov.vn/tc1hd.html.

Step 2: Fill in all information marked with red (*), including: Tax code of HHDV seller; Invoice symbol; Form number; Invoice number .

Step 3: Enter the Verification Code and click on “ Search ”.
