On the morning of January 5th, Quang Lam commune (Dam Ha district) held the opening ceremony of the Quang Lam Market to promote and introduce OCOP products and characteristic products of the commune, attract tourists, and boost local tourism services.
The Quang Lam Market features 30 stalls from villages and businesses, both within and outside the commune. These stalls showcase OCOP products, typical agricultural products, characteristic food items and medicinal herbs, and traditional craft products. The stalls are designed and decorated to reflect the unique cultural identity of the local people. The market also includes folk games and cultural performances reenacting local customs and traditions, attracting visitors to explore the traditional culture of the area.
At the Quang Lam Highland Market, locals and tourists not only get to visit stalls, experience and explore the diverse ethnic cultures of Quang Lam highland commune, but also have the opportunity to choose and buy clean agricultural products, and characteristic products of the commune and other localities in the district.
The Quang Lam Fair will contribute to exploiting and developing the potential and strengths of the locality; mobilizing resources from organizations and individuals to promote investment, economic development, and tourism product development, while preserving and promoting the unique traditional culture of ethnic minorities in the commune.
