After the arrangement and consolidation of socio- political organizations and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State to be under their direct responsibility, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has consolidated its organization, creating synchronization and streamlining in the system. The new model helps the Front effectively promote its core role in gathering and uniting all classes of people.
In August 2025 alone, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels organized 45 monitoring sessions, focusing on practical issues related to people's lives such as environmental sanitation and the operation of public administrative service centers at the commune level. At the same time, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province participated in giving comments on 19 important draft documents; giving comments on the draft political report submitted to the 1st Provincial Party Congress and the documents of the 14th National Party Congress. This is a clear demonstration of the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the People.
The spirit of solidarity and sharing in the community continues to spread strongly. From July 1 to August 30, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province donated more than 121 tons of rice to 12,139 poor households in 101/104 communes and wards; from the "Relief" fund, 7 billion VND was supported for people in Nghe An, Son La, and Dien Bien provinces to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3. In particular, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province surveyed and processed support procedures for 9 households requesting to build new houses and repair houses affected by storm No. 3.
From 2020 to now, the "For the Poor" fund at all levels in the province has mobilized over 250 billion VND in support, supported the construction and repair of more than 4,600 "Great Solidarity" houses, given gifts to 100% of poor households every Tet holiday, supported the livelihoods of thousands of households, and helped hundreds of poor students continue to go to school. The program "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" was completed, supporting more than 4,300 households with a total cost of over 346 billion VND. In particular, in response to the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cuba (1960 - 2025), the Provincial Red Cross Society launched a campaign to support the Cuban people. Many agencies, units, businesses and people of Hung Yen actively contributed, demonstrating the loyal, steadfast sentiment and noble international sentiment of the Vietnamese people.
The campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" continues to be widely implemented. From 2020 to present, Hung Yen people have voluntarily donated over 1.7 million square meters of residential land, nearly 70 hectares of agricultural land, and more than 1 million working days to build roads and welfare works. As one of the typical localities, Tien Lu commune has created high consensus among the people. Thanks to promoting the strength of the people, Tien Lu commune has 6 model new rural residential areas, with an average income per capita of 80 million VND/year, and a poverty rate of 0.65%. Mr. Dang Quang Hao, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tien Lu commune affirmed: The effectiveness of the movement "All people unite to participate in donating land to expand, build and develop transport infrastructure" and the model "Skilled mass mobilization 1+10" has truly promoted the people's mastery, attracted social resources, and contributed to changing the face of the countryside.
Not only the Fatherland Front, member organizations also play an active role. In August 2025, Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union organized 122 "Digital Popularization" classes, attracting more than 20,000 union members and young people to participate, guiding more than 216,000 people to access online public services and "Digital Popularization" classes. At the same time, the Provincial Women's Union presented 1,135 gifts worth more than 380 million VND to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, sick soldiers, and policy families; at the same time, connected to sponsor 3 more orphans in difficult circumstances, bringing the total number of sponsored children in the province to nearly 2,000. Ms. Do Thi Thuy Lan, Vice President of the Women's Union of Khoai Chau Commune, said: Continuing to implement the "Godmother" program, in 2025, the Women's Union of the commune will sponsor 16 orphans in difficult circumstances. Every concern, every heart of sharing is aimed at adding strength, creating a spiritual support for the children to have more confidence to excel in their studies and life.
In the context of digital transformation, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province has pioneered in applying technology in its activities. The "Digital Front" platform and the software system for receiving and processing people's feedback and recommendations have been deployed synchronously. 100% of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at the commune level have participated in online training. This is an important step forward, helping the Front get closer to the people, grasp and promptly resolve the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of the people. Promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in the province will continue to promote propaganda, mobilization, and gathering people of all walks of life to participate in patriotic emulation movements, strengthen social consensus; improve the quality of social supervision and criticism; perform well the function of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people; prepare well the conditions for successfully organizing the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province for the 2025-2030 term.
