Summarizing the new and outstanding contents of the 9 laws, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh said that the laws passed by the National Assembly have promptly institutionalized the Party's policy on building and perfecting institutions, promptly removed difficulties, obstacles, and barriers, created the most favorable conditions for people and businesses, ensured the legitimate rights and interests of people and businesses, strengthened administrative reform, especially administrative procedures, ensured publicity, transparency, and non-discrimination between Vietnamese people at home and Vietnamese people abroad, and between businesses of all economic sectors, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and effective State management.
