On the afternoon of March 29, the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies held a conference to sign the emulation covenant for 2024.
In 2023, closely following the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and the assigned functions and tasks; with the spirit of solidarity, unity and high determination, the agencies in the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies (10 units) organized, launched and widely implemented the patriotic emulation movement with specific and practical criteria and contents, diverse forms, attracting the active participation of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers; contributing to the successful implementation of assigned political tasks and signed emulation targets of each agency; making important contributions to the overall development of the province.
In order to continue effectively implementing patriotic emulation movements and the 2024 Working Theme of the Provincial Party Executive Committee "Maintaining discipline, enhancing responsibility, innovation, creativity, and real effectiveness", at the conference, representatives of units under the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies discussed and agreed on goals and tasks and signed the 2024 Emulation Covenant, with the following key contents: Regularly disseminate and propagate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on Emulation and Commendation, focusing on: President Ho Chi Minh 's patriotic emulation ideology; Directive No. 34-CT/TW, dated April 7, 2014 of the Politburo on continuing to innovate emulation and commendation work; Law on Emulation and Commendation.
Continue to effectively implement Directive No. 10/CT-UBND, dated August 27, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on launching emulation to successfully carry out annual and 5-year socio-economic development tasks, period 2021-2025; advise and synchronously and effectively implement directives, resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee, Politburo, Secretariat on Party building work, building a clean and strong political system.
Determined to successfully implement the 2024 Working Theme of the Provincial Party Executive Committee with specific tasks, models and works.
Effectively implement the Provincial People's Committee's Plan on implementing patriotic emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister, focusing on the emulation movements: "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas"; "Promoting the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure; practicing thrift, fighting waste"; "For the poor - No one is left behind"; "Cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers compete to practice office culture, period 2019-2025".
Continue to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of agencies towards streamlining, effective and efficient operations. Strengthen coordination in implementing political tasks between agencies in the Emulation Bloc, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of Party building work.
