Signing the emulation covenant of the Party agencies in 2024

On the afternoon of March 29th, the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies held a conference to sign the emulation agreement for 2024.

In 2023, closely following the leadership and guidance of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee, and fulfilling their assigned functions and tasks; with a spirit of unity, consensus, and high determination, the agencies in the Emulation Bloc of Party Agencies (10 units) organized and extensively launched the patriotic emulation movement with specific, practical criteria and content, diverse forms, attracting the active participation of cadres, civil servants, and employees; contributing to the successful fulfillment of assigned political tasks and the signed emulation targets of each agency; and making an important contribution to the overall development of the province.

In order to continue effectively implementing patriotic emulation movements and the 2024 work theme of the Provincial Party Committee "Maintaining discipline, strengthening responsibility, innovating, creating, and achieving tangible results," at the conference, representatives of units belonging to the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies discussed and agreed on the goals and tasks and signed the 2024 Emulation Agreement, with the following key contents: Regularly disseminating and publicizing the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws on Emulation and Commendation, focusing on: President Ho Chi Minh 's patriotic emulation ideology; Directive No. 34-CT/TW, dated April 7, 2014, of the Politburo on continuing to innovate emulation and commendation work; and the Law on Emulation and Commendation.

Continue to effectively implement Directive No. 10/CT-UBND dated August 27, 2021, of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on launching emulation campaigns to successfully fulfill the annual and five-year socio -economic development tasks for the period 2021-2025; advise and implement synchronously and effectively the directives, resolutions, and conclusions of the Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat on Party building and building a clean and strong political system.

We are determined to successfully implement the Provincial Party Committee's theme for 2024 through specific tasks, models, and initiatives.

Effectively implement the Provincial People's Committee's Plan on deploying patriotic emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister, focusing on the following emulation movements: "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas"; "Promoting the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure; practicing thrift and combating waste"; "For the poor - Leaving no one behind"; "Cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers compete to implement workplace culture, 2019-2025".

Continue to implement reforms and reorganize the organizational structure of agencies towards a streamlined, effective, and efficient operation. Strengthen coordination in carrying out political tasks among agencies within the Emulation Bloc, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of Party building work.
