Signing of a tourism development cooperation agreement between enterprises of Quang Ninh (Vietnam) and Guangxi (China)

Immediately after the meeting between the leaders of Quang Ninh Province (Vietnam) and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China), a signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement on Tourism Development between enterprises of Quang Ninh Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region took place. Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Comrade Liu Ning, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Secretary of the Regional Party Committee, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, witnessed the signing ceremony.

A cooperation agreement for tourism development was signed between businesses in Quang Ninh province and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China).

At the ceremony, businesses from Quang Ninh province (Vietnam) and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) signed a cooperation agreement on tourism development.

According to the cooperation agreement, the parties agreed to accelerate the development of cruise routes between Guangxi, China, and Vietnam by launching the "Beihai - Ha Long" cruise route between the two cruise ports in the two localities, and in the future, to explore expanding the ports of this cruise route to other cities in Central and Southern Vietnam. They will jointly promote cruise tourism between Guangxi, China, and Vietnam, expand the content and scope of "tourism+" services, and strengthen cooperation with travel agencies, hotels, and scenic spots to complete the tourism chain. They will also enhance information dissemination, tours, and organize exchange and training activities on port management and cruise services at the Beibu Gulf International Cruise Port (China) and the Ha Long International Cruise Port (Vietnam), aiming to improve the skills and quality of staff, enhance mutual understanding, and promote cultural exchange. To promote exchanges and cooperation between the port management departments of Guangxi, China and Vietnam in order to facilitate customs procedures and enhance customer satisfaction.

Based on the principle of "leveraging advantages and mutually beneficial cooperation," the parties commit to jointly promoting the development of cruise lines and the tourism market, as well as cooperation between related industries in China and Vietnam, contributing to creating favorable conditions for the development of the China-Vietnam tourism and cruise market.
