Disciplinary warning for 2 Vinh University officials accused by students of 'sexual harassment'

(PLVN) - After verifying the information that two officers were accused by students of improper behavior, Vinh University disciplined Mr. Dinh Xuan Duc and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quyen with a warning.

Information from Vinh University, the school has just issued a disciplinary warning to 2 staff members who were accused by students of "sexual harassment". The 2 disciplined people are Mr. Dinh Xuan Duc (Specialist, Assistant Student Management of Pedagogical School) and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quyen (Specialist, Head of One-Stop Department of General Administration Department).

Previously, in May, two female students from Vinh University posted a post accusing two officials working at the school of "sexual harassment" and inappropriate behavior.

After learning about the incident, Vinh University established an inspection team to verify the incident. The results showed that the actions of Mr. Duc and Mr. Quyen were substandard, seriously affecting the honor and reputation of the school. Therefore, the school decided to discipline these two officers with a warning.
