Regarding the shooting death of a man suspected of having an affair with his wife, on May 27th, the Criminal Police Department of Dak Lak Provincial Police announced that they have issued a decision to prosecute and a 4-month temporary detention order against Hoang Ngoc Nhan (38 years old, residing in Ea Pok Town, Cu Mgar District, Dak Lak) to investigate the act of murder.
Nhan has been identified as the suspect who shot and killed a man because he suspected the man was having an affair with his wife. The victim in the case is Mr. NH (38 years old, residing in Quang Phu Town, Cu Mgar District).
Earlier, in the early morning of May 21, residents discovered Mr. H. dead next to his motorbike on the roadside in Hamlet 8, Ea Kpam Commune, Cu Mgar District, and reported it to the police.
