The Union of Vietnamese Associations in the Czech Republic spends 1 billion VND to support Khanh Hoa people

On the afternoon of December 8, a delegation of the Union of Vietnamese Associations in the Czech Republic came to support people in Dien Lac commune affected by natural disasters with a total amount of 630 million VND. Attending the program were Ms. Tran Thi Tu Vien - Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province; Mr. Pham Van Hien - Member of the Union of Vietnamese Associations in the Czech Republic, Vice President of the Vietnamese Business Association in Europe (head of the delegation); Ms. Ta Pham Bich Thuy - Vice President of the Union of Vietnamese Associations in the Czech Republic; Mr. Duong Viet Dung - Vice President of the Union of Vietnamese Associations in the Czech Republic.

This time, the Vietnamese Association in the Czech Republic has mobilized nearly 3.2 billion VND to support people in the South Central provinces affected by floods. Of which, nearly 2.2 billion VND was allocated to support people in Dak Lak province and 1 billion VND to support people in Khanh Hoa province. Before giving gifts to people in Dien Lac commune, the Vietnamese Association in the Czech Republic gave 370 million VND to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province to overcome the damage caused by floods.

Ms. Tran Thi Tu Vien received a symbolic plaque of 1 billion VND to support Khanh Hoa people to overcome damage caused by floods.
The working delegation of the Union of Vietnamese Associations in the Czech Republic and the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province presented money to support house repairs after floods to 10 households in Dien Lac commune.

In Dien Lac commune, the delegation of the Union of Vietnamese Associations in the Czech Republic gave support to 250 families, each family received 2 million VND. At the same time, the delegation visited the family of Mr. Nguyen Tan Tanh, Phu Khanh Ha village (whose house collapsed due to floods) and gave 50 million VND so that the family could have more money to rebuild a new house, buy more household items to stabilize their lives; supported 10 families with 8 million VND/household to repair houses damaged by floods.

On behalf of the leaders of the Union of Vietnamese Associations in the Czech Republic, Mr. Pham Van Hien visited and shared the losses of the people and expressed his wish that they would overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.

Mr. Pham Van Hien - Head of the working delegation of the Union of Vietnamese Associations in the Czech Republic presented support to the people of Dien Lac commune.
