On November 24th, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police announced that from October 30th to the present, the Bim Son Town Police have continuously discovered and arrested 5 cases involving 13 people for illegally buying, possessing, and using narcotics.
Typically, at around 12 PM on October 30th, through intelligence gathering, the Bim Son Town Police discovered and apprehended two individuals, Dang Trung Thanh (born in 1973, residing in Bac Son Ward, Bim Son Town) and Trinh Dinh Hai (born in 1967, residing in Vinh Hung Commune, Vinh Loc District, Thanh Hoa Province), who were illegally using drugs at Thanh's private residence.
At the time of the search, the Bim Son town police seized one plastic bag containing synthetic drugs (ketamine) along with other related evidence.

Subsequently, on November 4th, the Bim Son Town Police caught Dang Van Quyet (born in 1984) and Tong Van Phuoc (born in 1973) red-handed for illegally possessing narcotics, seizing one packet of heroin.
Through investigation, expanding the case, and tracing the origin of the drugs, the Bim Son Town Police arrested two more people: Nguyen Van Bien (born in 1991, residing in Quang Trung commune, Bim Son town) and Tran Van Luan (born in 1980, residing in Nga Dien commune, Nga Son district, Thanh Hoa province), who were the two people supplying drugs to Quyet and Phuoc.
During an urgent search of the residences of Nguyen Van Bien and Tran Van Luan, the police seized over 1 gram of heroin along with many related items. Currently, the cases are being further investigated and expanded by the Bim Son Town Police.
