The lowest temperatures during this cold spell in the northern region, Thanh Hoa, and Nghe An will generally range from 19-22 degrees Celsius, with some mountainous areas experiencing temperatures below 17 degrees Celsius.

In Hanoi, it will be cold at night and early morning. The lowest temperature during this cold spell will generally be 19-21 degrees Celsius.

At sea, from early morning on October 26th, in the Gulf of Tonkin, the northeast wind gradually strengthened to level 6, gusting to levels 7-8, causing rough seas with waves 1.5-3.5m high; in the northern South China Sea, the northeast wind was strong at level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to levels 8-9, causing very rough seas with waves 3.0-5.0m high.
