At 9:35 AM at the Chu Van An High School exam center (Tay Ho district, Hanoi ), many candidates emerged from the exam center beaming after 120 minutes of taking the test.
Nguyen Thanh Tuan was surprised to be the first candidate to leave the examination center. He said he found the exam manageable and was satisfied because he had tried his best.
At the Nguyen Trai High School exam center (Ba Dinh district), Phuong Vy was greeted by her mother, who was waiting with an umbrella. Vy said that question 1 of the exam was exactly her strong point. "I didn't think I'd be so lucky!" - Vy's words made her mother laugh and breathe a sigh of relief that her daughter had done well on the exam.

Hong Anh assessed it as a good topic that gave students "room to shine."
At the Thanh Cong Secondary School exam center (Ba Dinh district), Linh Trang received banners from volunteers with the message "May you pass the university entrance exam." "What's important needs to be repeated three times," a friend of the female student said.
Hai Anh (Pham Hong Thai High School) was greeted at the school gate by her special "family" – her older sister and pet dog – after finishing her first exam. The student aspires to major in Chinese Language at Hanoi University (HANU) and expects to score around 8 points in Literature.
