Nam Long allows customers to register to rent social housing for only 5 million VND/month

After topping out the social housing project Block C of EHomeS Nam Sai Gon apartment complex (Binh Chanh district) in mid-October, Nam Long Group (Nam Long, stock code NLG) has just announced that it will accept registration applications for tenants from now until the end of December and is expected to hand over in the first quarter of 2024.

The estimated rental price of social housing in this project is more than 100,000 VND/ ^m2 /month. Accordingly, an average apartment of 50 ^m2 costs more than 5 million VND/month.
