Nam Long allows customers to register to rent social housing for only 5 million VND/month

After topping out the social housing project Block C of EHomeS Nam Sai Gon apartment complex (Binh Chanh district) in mid-October, Nam Long Group (Nam Long, stock code NLG) has just announced that it will accept registration applications for tenants from now until the end of December and is expected to hand over in the first quarter of 2024.

The estimated rental price of social housing in this project is more than 100,000 VND/ m2 /month. Accordingly, an average apartment of 50 m2 costs more than 5 million VND/month.

EHomeS Nam Saigon housing project is expected to be handed over in the first quarter of 2024

Previously, EHomeS Nam Sai Gon had built and handed over a total of 6 blocks (including blocks A, B, D, E, G, H) with 1,323 apartments.

According to the plan, EHomeS Nam Sai Gon residents enjoy many amenities serving daily life from the adjacent urban area. In addition to dedicated amenities such as parks, shops, walking paths, the project also has shopping areas, landscape canals, medical areas, schools, fitness centers, riverside parks, walking paths, bicycle paths, etc.
