Currently, in the North, a cold air mass is moving south. It is forecasted that around the afternoon of November 30, this cold air mass will affect the Northeast region of the North; then affect other places in the North, North Central and Central Central regions. Northeast wind inland will strengthen to level 3; coastal areas level 4-5, gusting to level 6.

On land: From the night of November 30, the weather in the North Central region will turn cold. During this cold air mass, the lowest temperature in the North Central region will generally be from 16-19 degrees.

At sea: from the evening of November 30, in the Gulf of Tonkin, strong northeast wind at level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8, waves 2.0-4.0m high, rough seas; in the North East Sea (including the sea area of Hoang Sa archipelago), strong northeast wind at level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9, waves 4.0-6.0m high, rough seas.

Warning of possible natural disasters: From around the night of November 30 to December 1, the area from Southern Nghe An to Ha Tinh will have moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms.
