* On the morning of September 25, in Vinh city, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, Central Council of Literature and Arts Theory and Criticism, Vietnam Stage Artists Association organized the Scientific Conference Nghe Tinh Drama - Integration and Development Trends.

* Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued an Action Plan to improve the quality of online public service provision in the province. The Provincial People's Committee assigned the target of 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees using online public services and propagating and guiding relatives to use online public services, limiting direct submission of documents when there is a need to carry out administrative procedures.
