According to information from the Vinh City Police Department in Nghe An province on February 5th, the incident involving a naked woman falling from a moving car occurred on January 29th (the first day of the Lunar New Year, Year of the Snake) on Hong Bang Street, Vinh City, Nghe An province.

The woman in the video is NTN (45 years old), residing in Quang Trung Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province. The driver of the car is Mr. BMT (45 years old), residing in Trung Do Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province. The two are friends.

According to the police, investigations revealed that neither Mr. T. nor Ms. N., after being summoned for questioning, were involved in any drug-related activities.

The Vinh City Police subsequently issued an administrative penalty notice to Mr. BMT for the offense of "opening the car door and leaving it open in an unsafe manner," with a fine of 4-6 million VND, but his driver's license was not revoked.

Previously, as reported by Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper, on February 4th, a video clip lasting over 2 minutes appeared on social media showing a car driving on a road in Vinh City, Nghe An province, when the rear door suddenly opened.

A naked woman was thrown from the car onto the road. Immediately, someone inside the car quickly pulled her back inside. The incident was filmed by a group of people in cars behind, who then followed the car all the way to an apartment complex.

After the clip went viral on social media, many people expressed concern for the woman's health and safety after she fell from the car and was unable to get back in on her own, requiring someone else to pull her in.

Regarding the incident, the police summoned two individuals involved for questioning. At the police station, Ms. N. initially confessed that she undressed on her own accord because she was too drunk and no one forced her. She also stated that the person who pulled her out of the car when she fell was the driver.
