X51 Factory (Ba Son Corporation) receives the Third Class Order of National Defense.

On October 24th, Factory X51 (Ba Son Corporation, General Department of Defense Industry, Ministry of National Defense) held a ceremony to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Factory X51's founding (October 26, 1975 - October 26, 2025) and to receive the Third Class Order of National Defense.

At the ceremony, Colonel Dinh Van Tuan, Director of Factory X51, stated that over the past five decades, generations of cadres, workers, and employees of the factory have continuously strived, overcome difficulties and challenges, and bravely achieved many outstanding accomplishments in combat, combat support, and production. To date, the factory is recognized as a core defense production facility within the Army's technical support and equipment production system.

On behalf of the President of Vietnam , Lieutenant General Dinh Quoc Hung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the General Department of National Defense Industry, presented the Third-Class Order of National Defense to Factory X51.

To meet the demands of the new situation, Lieutenant General Dinh Quoc Hung requested the factory's staff to continue promoting the spirit of innovation, improving research, repair, construction, and modernization capabilities for military vessels and naval technical equipment of law enforcement forces at sea, meeting the requirements of training, combat readiness, and the task of protecting the sovereignty of the nation's seas and islands.

Simultaneously, we must master technology and technical processes; actively research and apply advanced science and technology; and promote digital transformation in production and management. In addition, we need to focus on building a team of cadres and employees who are both politically sound and professionally competent, emphasizing the development of high-quality human resources; and building clean and strong Party organizations at all levels, linked to building a comprehensively strong and exemplary factory…

On this occasion, Factory X51 was honored to receive the Third-Class Order of National Defense from the President of Vietnam for its outstanding achievements in its work, contributing to the building of the Army, strengthening national defense, and protecting the Fatherland.

The X51 factory has been awarded the following titles by the Party and State: Hero of the People's Armed Forces, 4 First-Class Combat Orders, 1 Second-Class Military Merit Order, 2 Third-Class Orders for Protecting the Fatherland, 1 Third-Class Labor Order, and many other prestigious awards.
