The University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi ) also based its decision on the actual weather conditions after the storm, reopening its doors to welcome students back to school from this afternoon, September 12th.
Students who are unable to attend classes in person due to the impact of floods (living in flood-prone areas where travel is impossible) can proactively contact their lecturers to request materials, guidance for self-study and research, or assignments to ensure they keep up with their studies.
After post-storm recovery efforts were completed, students at Ha Long University (Quang Ninh) resumed normal classes on September 12th.
The Hanoi University of Prosecution also announced that enrollment and welcoming new students will proceed as normal on September 14th, without any changes.
