In light of the above situation, on August 31st, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management ( Ministry of Health ) issued an urgent recommendation, urging people attending parades and marches to proactively protect their health and comply with safety guidelines.
Specifically, people should plan their time accordingly, avoiding arriving too early the afternoon before; they should bring water, snacks, and lightweight items to protect themselves from the sun and rain. While watching, they should avoid pushing and shoving, refrain from excessive excitement, shouting, or arguing.

People are advised to install the A80 app or observe and identify the nearest medical stations so they can receive assistance when needed. In emergency situations, they should remain calm, follow the instructions of the authorities, follow the flow of people, maintain a steady posture, not attempt to go against the traffic, and quickly observe the emergency exits.
If caught in a crowd, keep your hands in front of your chest to avoid suffocation, take short steps in rhythm with the movement, and do not stop in the middle of the crowd. If you fall, cover and protect your head, bend down to protect vital organs, and find an opportunity to get up as soon as possible.

The A80 Medical Operations Center, located at the Hanoi 115 Emergency Center, is working closely with other forces to ensure the health and safety of the public during the peak days of the festival.
