With the goal of creating a cultural platform to help employees and workers of Vietnam Post across the network understand Vietnam Post's culture, and to help employees across the Vietnam Post network clearly understand and internalize the vision, mission, core values, and behavioral standards in their individual roles, Vietnam Post Corporation is launching the "Vietnam Post Cultural Journey" competition. This is one of a series of activities to implement corporate culture in 2024.
Accordingly, from November 21, 2024 to December 8, 2024, all officials, employees, and workers throughout the Vietnam Post network will participate in 6 examination sessions (each session includes a mock exam and an official exam). Specifically:
- Phase 1 (November 21st - 23rd): For leaders and all professional and technical staff at the Departments, Centers of the Head Office, and units directly under the Corporation.
- Phase 2 (November 24th - 26th): For 100% of Tellers
- Phase 3 (November 27th - November 29th): For 100% of postal workers
- Phase 4 (from November 30th to December 2nd): For 100% of communes, communes combined with cultural centers.
- Phase 5 (December 3rd - December 5th): For 100% of Post Office and Cultural Center staff.
- Phase 6 (from December 6th to December 8th): for 2,828 Sales Staff, Mining Workers, and Transportation Workers.
Before each official exam, each employee will take a practice test on the Corporation's E-learning system at https://study.vnpost.vn/home/loginUser via their HRM account. Each official exam lasts 15 minutes and consists of 20 questions. Candidates need to answer 10 out of 20 questions correctly, with a maximum of 3 attempts, and the highest score from the 3 attempts will be used.
The competition content will revolve around topics related to the structure, corporate culture, and code of conduct for each job title, built on the basis of guiding documents: Decision 128/QD-BDVN-HDTV dated July 31, 2019, on the promulgation of the structure and core content of the corporate culture of Vietnam Post Corporation; Decision 1069/QD-BDVN dated July 31, 2019, on the promulgation of the code of conduct for management staff, standards of conduct for postal workers and tellers; Decision 196/QD-BDVN-HDTV dated July 31, 2019, on the promulgation of standards of conduct for direct sales staff, operation workers, transportation workers, and the content of slogans serving production and business.
Individuals who achieve the highest scores and submit their entries earliest in each round will receive prizes. The corporation will summarize the prizes, announce the winners, and award prizes to the top-ranked entries, from highest to lowest, with 20 prizes awarded in each round. The prize results will be announced on the website and the "Sending All My Trust" Fanpage.
