Young people are also pioneers in experimenting and creating new cultural forms or practices such as digital art, media art. Our cultural treasure is becoming richer and richer thanks to the active contributions of young people.

Through the process of cooperation and open dialogue, young people are fully involved in the planning and implementation of policies that directly affect their lives. In particular, the different values, expressions and desires of groups or subcultures within the broad force called young people need to be comprehensively conveyed and taken into account in the planning and implementation of policies.

The goal of the governance model and policy framework we are aiming for is to create a friendly, open and livable environment for everyone, especially for encouraging young people to be creative, share, learn and respect each other.
