At the meeting, Ms. Pham Thi Xuan, residing at No. 2, Moi Hamlet, Bao Thuan Commune, Di Linh District (formerly) requested the authorities to soon set up markers and determine the Kala Lake corridor so that her family can fully exercise their land use rights.
Currently, because there are no corridor markers, her family cannot carry out transactions such as buying, selling, transferring, or donating land use rights.

Representatives of the Department of Agriculture and Environment have received the citizens' legitimate petition and said they will direct the functional units to complete the marking of the Kala Lake corridor before November 30, 2025, ensuring the rights of the people.

In addition, the Provincial Citizen Reception Council also received a number of cases related to civil disputes and administrative handling; the authorities guided citizens to carry out procedures according to legal regulations.

In his concluding remarks, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council K'Mák emphasized that citizen reception is a regular task, demonstrating the supervisory role of elected bodies, in order to promptly grasp and remove difficulties, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
