Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council periodically receives citizens in October

On October 17, at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office, Comrade K'Mak, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council chaired the regular citizen reception meeting in October 2025.

Attending were representatives of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Inspectorate and relevant departments and branches.

At the meeting, Ms. Pham Thi Xuan, residing at No. 2, Moi Hamlet, Bao Thuan Commune, Di Linh District (formerly) requested the authorities to soon set up markers and determine the Kala Lake corridor so that her family can fully exercise their land use rights.

Currently, because there are no corridor markers, her family cannot carry out transactions such as buying, selling, transferring, or donating land use rights.

Representatives of the Department of Agriculture and Environment have received the citizens' legitimate petition and said they will direct the functional units to complete the marking of the Kala Lake corridor before November 30, 2025, ensuring the rights of the people.

Ms. Pham Thi Xuan proposed that the authorities soon set up markers and determine the Kala Lake corridor.

In addition, the Provincial Citizen Reception Council also received a number of cases related to civil disputes and administrative handling; the authorities guided citizens to carry out procedures according to legal regulations.

Representatives of the Department of Agriculture and Environment receive, record and respond to citizens' petitions.

In his concluding remarks, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council K'Mák emphasized that citizen reception is a regular task, demonstrating the supervisory role of elected bodies, in order to promptly grasp and remove difficulties, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
